Helping Unique Families Raise Great Kids

Photo of Krista Hoffman, Consultant

Hi, I’m Krista.

I’m a parent and former nanny, using my experience to strengthen teams supporting UHNW families.

I’m here to help parents and nannies bring their best to their roles. You might call me a coach or maybe a cheerleader—but really I’m a teammate.

My goal is to help families create space for their kids to develop into kind, grounded, and curious adults. The kind of adults who want to make a difference in the world.

That is what I want for my own kids.

Reach out to discuss how I can support your team in doing the same for your family.

Work with me to:

  • Strengthen staff communication and partnership

  • Help Principals get clear on their parenting values and goals

  • Create and maintain systems to improve family function

  • Help nannies stay in their role

  • Build trust within nanny team to optimize their performance

What people have to say:

“Working with with Krista has been an inspiration. If you are either a parent or a childcare professional who is lucky enough to work with Krista, consider yourselves fortunate to have such an amazing guide at your side.”

-K.N., Nanny in Palo Alto, California

“Krista effectively delivered a multitude of successful projects for the Principals. She is someone you can count on to get her job done at the highest professional level. Her understanding of the industry, integrity and determination to give quality service makes her an incredible asset to any UHNW family or organization. If you’re looking to take your support to the next level, I highly recommend Krista!”

-J.F., Personal Administrator in Seattle, WA

Warm, smart, compassionate and organized, Krista Hoffman has a talent for bringing out the best in children, teens, families and teams. As parents, we were impressed by Krista's kindness, grounded spirit, close rapport with our daughter, and insightful communications with us. Through hands-on experiences and spontaneous discoveries, as well as intentionally developed curricula, Krista helped nurture our daughter’s curiosity, respect and wonder for the world and all its peoples. It’s so valuable for kids to have caring adults (other than parents) who they can relate to, people they can trust as they navigate the twisty path from sweet simple childhood through the complex teen years. We are ever grateful to Krista for walking with our daughter and helping her become the kind, courageous and resilient young adult she is today.”

What sets me apart?

I’ve been around the block before.

I have over 16 years of professional experience working with ultra high-net worth families. I was a member of a successful child development/nanny team for an UHNW family that involved extensive domestic and international travel. Our team worked together for 10 years without any turnover. I am proud to say I’m still good friends with my former nanny coworkers.

I’m a parent too.

I’m in the thick of it like you. Of all the parenting stages, tweens are my favorite.

I’m committed to social justice and strive to be an ally.

I care so deeply about social justice that I got a Masters in it. Striving for equity, antiracism, and justice are my jam. If you want to raise kiddos who care about these things, we should talk.
